Newly established brokerage company is Hiring Senior Property Consultant
Work Location : Head office - 5th Settlement
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual monthly sales target as set by management.
- Work on setting up meetings with clients & presenting all company’s projects details to the client.
- Reach new customers to enlarge company’s selling opportunities.
- Responsible for selling and promoting for new homes, and resale residential or Commercial properties.
Requirements :
- 1-3 Years of Sales Experience in real estate is a MUST.
- Bachelor Degree in Business / Engineering or any relevant filed.
- Proven track of Sales target achievement.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent Command of English Language.
- A Car owner is a MUST.
- Salary : 7K Net + Commission from 6 to 7 K Net.
