1- Ensure the implementation of corporate policies and procedures
2- Release the invoices to the agencies and direct customers according to the media plan.
3- Review on daily basis spots aired and report any discrepancies
4- Post all invoices into the accounting system.
5- Prepare the AR ledger by agency & direct clients
6- Prepare the aging reports to monitor the slow/ bad payer
7- Prepare the sales analysis on a weekly & monthly basis.
8- Prepare and send the agencies statement at the beginning of the month.
9- Prepare the quarterly withholding tax report.
10- Record day to day cash transactions on the accounting system
11- Assist in Account analysis as required by direct supervisor.
Qualifications:
- At least 4-6 years of sold experience.
- Creative, hard worker and work under pressure.
- Good leadership communication and interpersonal
skills:
- Excellent computer skills.
- Very good command of the English language
- Preferably preparing CMA/CFM or equivalent.
Work Location at Egyptian Media Production City in 6 October-Giza.
