Job description
1 – Serve existing customers and find new customers and attract them to deal with company’s products
2 – Get as many sales request as possible and increase the supply area of the company’s products
3 - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
4 - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
5 – Achieve sales goals and collection strategy
6 - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
7 – Full – Knowledge of the prices list and products
8 - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
9 - Continuously improve through feedback
10 - Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
11 – Prepare the schedule of visiting customers and abide by the dates of visits and provide customers with new offers and prices as well as promotional resources
12 – Follow – up and collection of debts customers and late amounts and report to managers to take actions. To ensure the company’s rights as per the sales strategy
