Requirements:
1- ( 5 - 6 ) years of experience Proven work experience as property manager
2- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
3- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
4- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
5- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
6- BS degree in related field
Responsibilities:
1- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
2- Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
3- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
4- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
5- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
6- Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
7- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
