PRO-TEC Egypt is hiring Projects Coordinator
Job summary:
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, attendance ,overtime, plans and expenditures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports.
• perform various coordinating and administrative tasks related to projects and operation team .
Requirements:
• BSc in Business Administration or related field
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role 1-3 years
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Professional user for Microsoft ( especially Excel and word )
Working hours /days : 5 days a week in normal work circumstances ( 9:00 – 5:30 including 30 minutes break )
Location : Heliopolis
