Responsibilities and Duties
* Running regular checks on network and data security
* Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
* Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the Organisation
* Designing training programs and workshops for stuff
* Conducting regular system audits
* Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
* Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
* Providing direction for IT team members
* Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
Qualifications and requirements:
* Bachelor degree: Computer science
* Gender: Male / Female
* Experience: 7:10
* Age: not lees than 35
* Work location: 6 of october
* Working Hours: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm
* Fluent English
* Excellent communication skills
* Salary: According to the experience
IT Technician
Responsibilities and Duties
* Set up workstation with computers and necessary peripheral devices ( Routers, printers Etc)
* Check computer hardware ( HDD, mouses, keyboard etc. to ensure functionality
* Install and configure appropriate software and function according to specifications
* Develop and maintain local networks in way that optimize performance
* Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
* Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
* Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
* Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems ( repair or replace parts, debugging etc)
* Maintain records/ logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
* Identify computer or network equipment shortage and place orders
Qualifications and requirements:
* Degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field
* Gender: Male/ Female
* Experience: more than 2 years in the same field
* Excellent communication ability
* Work location: 6 of october
* Working time: 8:00 Am to 3:30
