An international Turkish company operating in textile industry is looking for a 'Human Development Specialist' with the following criteria:
• At least 4 years of experience in organization development, training and HR related tasks.
• Excellent level of English.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Job duties:
• To design, develop and manage talent and career management systems.
• Designing the development processes of the organization in accordance with its needs and efficiency, establishing the necessary rules, coordinating and monitoring the implementation.
• Responsible for the Personal Development Plan within the company.
• Supporting of organizational development activities.
• The institutional culture in the organization, the necessary studies for the transformation of the targeted culture and the measurement of its efficiency.
• Responsible for delivering and facilitating training within the company.
• Perform the training needs assessment and comes up with the corresponding learning solution.
• Responsible for the company’s climate survey process, presentations, analysis and action plan.
