Job Title : HSE Auditor
Qualification:
• Bachelor of Engineering/science. (preferable)
• Long and proven experience (+3 years) as HSE supervisor (plus) (preferably in real state/ construction fields)
• Willingness to travel to the project site locations as necessary, also for longer periods
• Good communication skills, effective as a team leader, decisive and persuasive and good in dealing with conflict situations
• Negotiation Skills: dealing with governmental employees.
•Leadership / General Management techniques / Resilience / Results Orientation / Decision Making
•Experience in Management, a team player and good with logistic.
•Fluent English in reading and writing, translation of technical documentation and correspondence.
•HSE courses
-OSHA 30 hrs general
-OSHA 30 hrs construction
-NIOSH (advanced is preferable)
-NEBOSH (preferable)
Responsibilities:
•Develop, implement and coordinate all HSE policies and procedures including behavior-based safety
Assure company compliance with all relevant Local, and Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA) regulations.
