HR Generalist is required for a manufacturing company located on industrial area, 6th of October.
Responsibilities:
* Ability to manage the monthly payroll transactions & payroll execution.
*Ensure the compliance of all company departments with HR & Personnel policies and procedures.
* Applying recruitment and selection process in the company & and ensure the filling of job vacancies with suitable candidates.
* screening resumes & conducting interviews.
* monitor & administer the application of documentation cycle for the HR Dept..
* maintain & update HR database for company employees in different branches.
* creating strong HR filling system, cope withe labor law.
* advice company management on compensation actions for employees (OT & Incentives).
* prepare & update JDs for different positions within the CO..
*coordinate the implementation of HR service throughout the company.
* follow up the excution of Performance appraisal through different departments.
Qualifications:
- min 5 years of experience in different HR functions.
- bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent.
- posses excellent presentation and communication skills.
- very good command of English language.
- HR Certificate is a plus.
