Collection Officer


AMLAK Finance Egypt is Hiring now: "Collection Officer"

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collecting overdue payments from clients as per credit policy payment cycle.
- Check client’s bank statements on regular basis to evaluate their status
- Provide regular reporting to management regarding delinquency
- Contact Delayed clients 
- Solve problems regarding 
- Follow up with finance on rejected checks 
- Provide feedback to legal department to contact clients in case of no payments after 30 days
- Provide reporting to verification regarding clients that needs a visit for investigation.
- Provide reporting to legal department with overdue payments for clients that needs legal actions.

Personal Specification:
- Bachelor Degree
- 1-3 years experience in similar field (banking & real estate finance co.)
- Good English written and spoken.
- Negotiation and customer service skills.
- Communication skills.
- Problem Solving.
- Work individually & in team work.- Computer Proficiency especially Microsoft Excel.
