Civil Engineer - Construction & Design
About the Job:
InsideOut is searching for new fresh motivated candidates Whom will be responsible for
-Finding new clients based on the given information
-Closing new deals
-Total responsible for the given sites
-Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
-Managing budgets and project resources
-Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
-Making sure the project complies with legal requirement
-Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
-Assistance in designs
Job Requirements:
-Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering or architecture engineering
-Experience in dealing with Contractors, supplies and vendors, consultants…etc
-Good knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
-Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
-Perfect communication and negotiation skills
-Will and ability to close deals and convince new clients
