Job Responsibilities:
• Participate in formulating HR manpower & hiring plan.
• Conduct the needed research to select the best talent sources.
• Develop all possible sources to provide the best fit on time.
• Communicate properly with candidates to promote the company’s image and ensure fairness and their satisfaction.
• Coordinate with all departments and candidates to ensure smooth recruitment and selection processes.
• Pursue any other activities within the job scope assigned by his direct supervisor or organization management.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree of HR or business administration or equivalent with 4 - 10 years of experience in power or EPC projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English language.
• Egyptian nationality only.
