Offer mentor ship and give direction to Account Executive and Junior Account Manager
Description shortly:
- Supervise and support account managers and executives to ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
- responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting the client's needs and working with all the key functions that go into creating the agency's advertising output.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Senior account manager
• Leader Ship Skills is a must
• Team management skills
• Strong analytical and organization skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
- 6+ years of project management /account management experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge or experience in marketing and advertising BTL, with particular emphasis on interactive storytelling, demand gen marketing, strategy, and analytics
- Strategic thinker and able to meet client’s overall business objectives
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
