Urgently required “Sales Unit Manager – Tanta” for Rashideen Egypt for Trade Co. (RETC)
Qualifications:
-BA from an accredited University.
- Good English.
- Excellent MS Office (Word + Excel + Power Point) and Computer user.
- Experience 3 years in the same position as a unit manager.
Job Description:
1- Manage retail sales representatives & supervisors.
2- Set sales supervisors monthly sales targets.
3- Direct sales supervisors, help them to solve their sales areas issues.
4- Maintain sales routes periodically and match them with company’s sales plans.
5- Maintain an updated customers list.
6- Review sales supervisor’s daily performance standards to assure achieving sales target and to confirm applying those standards.
7- Maintain periodic field visits to evaluate and record sales supervisor’s performance.
8- Make sales reports after releasing the new products about market’s reactions and recommends.
9- Make continuous reports following up for the competitors’ products and the imitative products.
10- Develop sales team skills and assist them to enhance their performance.
