Required IT Section Head for Mercedes-Benz (NATCO)

Job description:

•Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot routers, gateways, firewalls, and other networking infrastructure for local area and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), including Internet connectivity and Security solutions
•Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot Microsoft windows server 
•Install maintain and upgrade Microsoft Exchange service 
•Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot VOIP software and hardware 
•Train and provide troubleshooting procedures to helpdesk personnel for first-line network issues 
•Perform backup operations of all networks and security devices 
•Perform security checks and recovery mechanism in case of any incidents 
•Support the company ERP system ( 1st line support for the user ) 
Qualifications:
•University degree in computer science, or equivalent knowledge.
•Good command of English
•Systems Administration/System Engineer certification ( preferred) 
•Good experience in Servers hardware & Software 
•Good knowledge about the ERP system ( POS) 
•8 years of experience with 2 years in relative position
